Moving is done, now I can focus on training. Two laps warm up and drills for the rest of the 50 min session.

Today I didn't have a good sleep, 4 hours tops, don't know why I kept waking up. I'm 99% positive that this @!$#@ work is the root of all evil. Just a week to go.

I'm getting anxious about the move back to Mexico, I slept a little less, now that I'm writing this I'm feeling sleepy. The morning run went better than I expected.

Today I woke up with a little more energy, so I decided to add more tension to the static bike and ramp up the RPM. Just a couple of weeks and I will be able to train outside, training in a gym sucks.

Today was hard to get up from bed, but after warming up and climbing in the treadmill it was easier. My goal was to run for 45 minutes, I ended running 48. I'm glad to see that I'm recovering my "fitness" at a good pace.

Today was easier to get off the bed, 1:00 hr of static bike and 10 min for the required 5 of warm up and 5 for cool down. I hate to train indoors, it gets boring after 10 minutes, no one else trains at 6 am in the morning.

Today was less humid and only 18 degrees, still, very nasty weather. I'm beginning to think that my lack of performance is due to the job, the sleep wasn't very good today, on top of that, I forgot my gel.
