Well this was the last real traning block, I'm now on pre-race tapering so no long workouts and reduced training volume until cancun ironman 70.3 on September 19th. I'm quite happy with this block even though it went below training time target; but look at the difference in distance versus previous blocks :D. On hindsight my improvements are somewhat marginal in both swimming and biking but almost none running. Should spend more time on my feet next time. With all this info in hand my target paces on Cancun Ironman 70.3 would be something like this:
